I don't know about "ARG-17A/U", but RG-17A/U is flexible coax with an
O.D. of 17.3 mm (0.681 in.).  You could sort of look at it as the next
size up from RG-8/U.  If you can find a copy of MIL-C-17, that should
have the specs.
