[TowerTalk] Cell Tower Proximity Issues

Am looking at a potential QTH site - a 40 acre parcel. On one corner is an
existing cell phone tower. Anyone have any advice or experience with
constructing and operating a multi tower contesting station with a cell
tower that close?
