[TowerTalk] 40M FD Antenna

The 40M/80M FD antenna at K9RN (3A IL) was a 130' drooping dipole, apex
~ 20'.  The ends were ~ 10' high.
Center fed with cheap 450 ohm "window" ladder line.  Pretty much direct
run of feedline from dipole to homebrew balanced L-Network tuner (Rich
Measures' design from early 90's QST article).

High band antenna used was HyGain TH-2 at about 23' high.

Other antenna was ~100' wire for RX use on 80m, about 7' high.

Rig was TS-930 with 100w out.
