[TowerTalk] Grounding problem

Hi, A friend of mine is putting up a 2 meter antenna on top of a  5
story building for a APRS Digapeter. Problem is nothing to ground it to.
Coax will run down a PVC pipe to the rig and computer on the 3rd floor.
