[TowerTalk] abbreviation: PSF?

[Ron D. Rossi]

The PSF refers to Pounds per Square Foot. 20psf is the pressure exerted by a 
70MPH wind. 30psf is just under the pressure exerted by a 90MPH wind (32.4psf).
