Hello ,

Deep DoDo is right <G>  Here's one hope for you -- did anyone take
pictures of the construction??  If so, take them with you to show the
size of the hole and the rebar, etc., use in the construction.  Also,
take the receipt for the concrete to show how much was used.  If he
doesn't have it, call the concrete place and get a copy.  Take copies
of receipts for rebar.  Take documentation regarding the proper
installation requirements from the tower company and show how you met
those requirements.  The process thought should be to reconstruct the
crime <G> by providing documentation as to how the tower was constructed.
