[TowerTalk] answers re rotor control bulb

Hi:  Yes, I have been converting a number of bulbs over where I work to
LED's . They work great. Unfortunately, the sticker shock is considerable.
For instance, a six volt DC Bayonette type bulb costs like $8.00.  So, if
you are interested, email me and I will transfer you the company information
where you can purchase them.  I have no interest in this company other than
I deal with them for the above parts and I have been satisfied with their
technical abilities and delivery.

Just a thought. Has anybody tried using a white high intensity
LED in place of an incandescant? The initial cost might be higher,
but the life should be much better.
