Joe,

Here is what I think you need:

Define: The desired actual heading of the antenna = X
Define: The heading to be output from the software to the rotor meter
movement = Y

If 180 < = X < = 360, then Y = X - 180
If 0 < = X < = 180, then Y = X + 180

Depending on your software, you may need to equate 360 = 0 when X = 360
