[TowerTalk] Glue that works on PVC?

I'm in the process of working up a little home brew trap design antenna that
uses coaxial traps wound around PVC (white) coil forms.
Can anyone suggest a glue I could use that would hold the windings firmly in
place and not degrade with sunlight or temperature extremes? The antenna
will be used up in the frigid north (upstate NY), as well as in the NC oven.
I thought of epoxy drizzled between the windings, but then I remembered an
earlier problem I had with epoxy not sticking to some types of plastic.
