[TowerTalk] Emergency power for rotator

Yep, should work fine.  I use a RS 100 watt inverter to power the TV rotor
in my Rover setup.  I don't remember off-hand, but I think the rotor calls
for something like 15 watts...  Some of these buggers can be real RF noise
generators, though.  Mine seems fairly clean, but I usually turn it off as
soon as the antennas reach position.
