[TowerTalk] Hy-Gain 204BA manual

I'm looking for a manual for a Hy-Gain 204BA.  Not too long ago you could
make a quick telephone call and they'd send a manual for free.  I requested
a manual using the e-mail address on their web site (manuals@hy-gain.com)
about two weeks ago and I haven't had any response yet.  Has anyone had any
success getting Hy-Gain manuals lately?
