[TowerTalk] E-Z Way Tower Thrust Bearing

Does anyone know what bearing, and or dimensions of same that E-Z Way
used in their RBS towers. I have acquired an old E-Z Way tower less this
bearing, and am unable to locate a substitute. Can anyone help?
