[TowerTalk] Pier pin vs. burying in concrete

Actually the rebar cage in either is the same. It should be separate
from the tower section that is embedded in the concrete. I would not
recommend to anyone that they use the embedded tower section as a
substitute for reinforcement of the concrete base.
