[TowerTalk] please advise on terminated vee beam design

I suspect the SLOPING WIRES may have contributed to the
lackluster performance. I use my 80M dipoles on the WARC
bands where the horizontal ones perform quite well. The inverted
vees are noticably down when the apex angle is less than 120 degrees.
