[TowerTalk] Moving Resonance of Dipoles

Yep, worked like a champ.  Actually, that's what I did 
at W8UM, making one side about 60 ft and adjusting
the other end to resonate at 3525 and 3800 when the
wire end was moved between the support rope or 
folded back over the antenna wire from the insulator.
