[TowerTalk] Big Boy Rotator

Hello to all,

I have a model PST-71 Big Boy Rotator with the postion potentiometer 
gone bad.  Has anyone on this reflector had any experience replacing 
this part?  If so, I'd like the benefit of any advice you may have to offer.
