[TowerTalk] Ham IV rotor control box

My Ham IV manual, page 20, says that the resistance across terminals 1 and 2
should read .4 Ohms.
I see no place where resistance should be 4 Ohms.
My HAM IV manual is dated 1 Aug 84 and is PN 801935-1, S/N 84348
