[TowerTalk] Ham IV rotor control box

Many thanks Tom & All,

It would seem that this manual has a slight, but important, typo!  Looks
like it may be time to let my friend in on the good/bad news.

The good news is there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the control
box...
