[TowerTalk] wireless tower leases

Well, in this county (Washington) in Oregon, I would probably get some questions
due to the fact that it would make me a business operator in a residential area
not zoned for business.  Its pretty hard to hide such a tower but maybe I could
tell them it was just another ham tower . . .

Until recently, I had a pager company's receiving antenna side-mounted on one of
my ham towers.  They paid me $250 per month for a couple of years until they
decided to shut down this receiving node.  It was like free money.  I don't know
of any drawbacks unless the zoning authorities or business license cops get too
nosey . . .
