You might try:

though I prefer to use regular steel U-bolts as they have less tendency
to freeze up under load.   Just put plenty of non-corrosive silicone
seal on them BEFORE and AFTER you install them.  I've had regular bolts
up 20 years .. peeled off the silicone seal .. and bright bolts
underneath.
