Larry,

I didn't have a problem with 20, but the 15M problem seems to occur
frequently. Many, including N6BT, will tell you to fool around
repositioning the red wires between the two driven elements. I didn't find
that to be helpful. My 15M resonant point was about where yours is.

I actually removed the last piece of tubing on each side of the 15M DE.
After loosing the boom guy, I rotated the boom so the elements were vertical
and, one side at a time, drilled out the three rivets with an 1/8" drill.
The SWR is now OK.

I don't have a suggestion, though, for 20.

OK here is the problem... I just finished my C31XR. Its setting on a 75ft
Aluma crank-up. I have a 13b2 cc about 3.5 ft above it with a Diamond
triband vertical(6,2,440) above that. Its being fed with 100ft of 9913f
(brand new). I measured it at 25 ft and up about 60ft and the results were
the same measuring with a MFJ 269

28.09 2:1
28.39 1.2:1
28.73 2:1

20.78 3:1 (lowest for 15mtrs)

14.15 2.2:1 (lowest for 20mtrs)

I took about a week to assemble it and made sure of every measurement. The
only thing that is not up is the truss assembly.

Can anybody point me in the right direction to start with.
