I just took a threaded shell put in a washer put some rtv in it let it and let it set up over night. Also used this on my trunk lid mount for the 2m antenna on my car when going through a car wash, or my wife would always remove the 2 meter antenna and put it in the back seat and then put that cap over the antenna connection when ever she used my car. chet
