It's a small start against the restrictive, abusive homeowner's
associations. I'd encourage people to go to the ABC website and email the
page to others who would be interested. The page is at :

Additionally, there's a great site related to abuses by Homeowners
Associations, the Community Association Institute (yeah, they've got their
own institute aimed at strengthening the power of community associations
against individual homeowners) and the money apparently behind the teams of
litigious lawyers who stand to profit from the ensuing legal battles...the
