Hi Mel,

My suggestion was intended to be used against those who tack various 
charges onto the invoice that weren't mentioned when the item was 
purchased.  Your story is a familiar one as I have been on both sides of 
the "counter".  I used to have a head salesman whose favourite aphorism 
was, "Buyers are liars."
