Breaking up the fence with insulators would work on barb wire etc...but this is a steel wooven inter-twined fence with wires spaced apart about 5-6 inches on both sides and tops and bottoms........thus there are several combinations of possibilities of resonant lengths within shorter sections even if the length of fence itself is cut and insulated in non resonant sections-...................
