[Towertalk] Fire, Electrical and other saftey codes

In the MGM Hotel Casino Fire in Las Vegas, the fire was transmitted into 
the casino ceiling space ( air handling plenum space)  on electric cables 
running thru a fire wall. Too bad the contractors didn't patch up around 
the wires.. and maintain the fire resistance. The fire ran right down the 
wires....
think it took out the casino (300+) feet in less than 4 minutes.

It was spooky two days later to go to the Comdex or NAB ( whatever) 
convention, and drive by the place with smoke still coming out of the 
building....
It killed 80...  it started in some wires and spread in the more wires,,,
led to many of the current cabling regs....
