Do you have a tower and beam?
If so, how high?  Are the guys insulated?
If so, shunt feeding the tower for 160M
is probably the BEST solution, especially for DX.
If you cannot run full size 1/4 WL radials, then
put down 16 radials as long as you can make them.
More (short) radials will not yield much improvement.
LOW dipoles are not very effective on 160M,
even full size ones unless they are over 100 ft high.
