Not sure, but I think it's .367" .. 

7/16 = .4375 .. OD

wall thickness of .035 would give .367 for ID
wall thickness of .049 would give .339 for ID  {  these are standard
wall thickness of .065 would give .307 for ID

I think it's .035 thick ... don't have my 'manual' with me.
