[TowerTalk] Rohn Short Base Drawing

Hi Guys,

Kurt showed me where Rohn HAS actually published a drawing
of short bases for 25G, 45G, and 55G set in concrete.  The
drawing number is C850506R2 and it is on page HA-99 in my
Rohn Consumer Catalog.
