[TowerTalk] Tri-Ex LM-470 Motorized Winch

I appear to have a failed capcitor on the 1/2 h electric motor ( Leeson) on my
old LM-470. I can hear the motor trying to turn when the relays are
activated...but no go. Anybody know the value of the capacitor or experience
with a similar problem ?
