[TowerTalk] Is the FCC sharp? Is ARRL counsel swift?

Ummm.... Maybe dumb like a fox. They (the FCC) won't take the heat if
Congress does it, and repealing a law is lot's more difficult than
reversing a report and order. Now, lets let ARRL get the ball rolling in
Congress, and we will need to get the letter writing machinery read for
when it's needed. (Gotta be co-ordinated about all this).
