[TowerTalk] Manual for antenna

hello, 

	i was given a vertical antenna and i'm looking for a possible intruction
manual for it as i am not sure i have all the pieces of the antenna. the
bottom of the antenna says "the antenna specialists inc" out of ohio and
the model is a super magnum m-117. i know, i know, this is probably a 11
meter ground plane, however i am wanting to tune it to the 10 meter band
and use it with a monoband transceiver i have. 

	if anyone can direct me as to where i can get a manual or any info on this
antenna, please let me know. i want to know exactly what i have before i go
hacking it up.
