[TowerTalk] Engineering/Permit Help; Tower in remote location

Dana,
When you purchased the property, you were required to have a survey as
part of the 'closing' process.
That survey, which the mortgage owner has, will have the property
description and a 'map' of it.
Can't help you with permit info .. that's 'locality-specific'.
