[TowerTalk] wind + inadequate mast = serious tangle of aluminum

passed by a local ham's location yesterday.  he/she had recently installed a
4 element 15 meter beam atop a 3 element 10.  the mast looked a bit thin
from the street but, who knows, maybe it was heavier and stronger than it
looked.

in any event, we had pretty good wind over the weekend.  now the mast is
buckled and the two beams look like a bowl of sphagetti but 50' in the air.
