be removed from service. It is unlikely you will
find any PCB type oil now.

This is based on a study from Japan where PCB
oil was mistaken for cooking oil and was
ingested. Other studies are inconclusive.
But, why take the chance.

Transformer oil is based on mineral oil with "things"
added in to improve the heat transfer, and lower the
flash point.
