[Towertalk] Is it worth it?

I have access to a 40 foot tower for the taking. Problem is it is still
standing. I climbed it to try to get the sections apart but they are
stuck together quite well. The tower is all aluminum and has a 20 inch
face for the bottom two sections. There is even an old rotor (don't
know which one; no control box) a mast, and what appears to be a 10
meter beam (might be shot; I don't know). It tapers twice to the top.
It is in good shape (probably about 20 years old or so) but I would
need a crane to take it down because the area it is located in the back
of the house is confined (so it would be lifted over the top of the
house to the street where I could work on it). I have purchased a
Lightning bolt 2 element quad and plan to use it any tower I can get.

It seems the best estimate I could get for a crane service is $225.00
(about what I expected). I could use this tower if I had it so is it
worth it to get a crane for the $225.00 for this tower?

Thanks
