[Towertalk] non-conductive guys//insulator broken guys

One point, two questions:

1) Most (?)(many) commercial towers which break up their guy systems
are operating transmitters on a single frequency, and can choose 
appropriate guy lengths to minimize re-radiation.  

2) Is 33' felt to be enough to remove guy wire effects on tower mounted 
yagis/lpdas?  Intuitively, it would seem so...lowest
frequency of interest is 7MHz.  Possibility exists of loading the
tower @ 1.8 & 3.5.

3)  Anyone had experience with Phillystran's other polyester guying,
beyond the normal pvc jacketed kevlar?  Recommendations/comments?
