From my knowledge of the R7000 -- it was designed to be mounted at about
18 feet above ground, but should work anywhere from 8-25 feet above
ground. Higher doesn't really help, and lower impairs performance some.
(Although I do have one friend who has an R7000 in a restricted
neighborhood mounted at 2 feet.)
