I forgot to mention in my earlier response, engineering handbooks are
available in the references of many librarys.  Libraries that don't have
them may be able to borrow them.  Some libraries will lend them.  You
may already be using one or more library networks and can get
information via them.  If not, find a librarian who is familiar with
such things and inquire, about the books you want as well as about using
available networks.
