What is the potential safety risk in this?

The very thought of periodically disengaging a guy cable seems like a
dangerous proposition to me.  I assume that *very little* tension is present
on the guys?  Otherwise, I envision the tower quickly snapping in the
opposite direction of the released guy cable.

Before purchasing this tower, I would be prepared to ask a lot of questions
of the manufacturer and insist on a demonstrated record of safety.
