    Hmm...I thought I just sent a message about an hour ago about this very 
problem. The bottom line is to contact me - NOT the list - with housekeeping 
problems. 

    Did you send a message to towertalk-request@contesting.com with 
<unsubscribe> in the message? If not - please do. If you did and still have a 
problem, please contact me directly. Tnx.

PS - If TT is 'drowning' your computer, subscribing to the digest will result 
in only receiving a couple of emails per day instead of all the traffic.
