[Towertalk] Solarcom antenna

Hi Guys.

I just got from a silent key's daughter, a Solarcom 99-A vertical antenna.  
It appears to be a VHF sleeve antenna with 3 screw in sections, and maybe 
it's a marine antenna.

Can anyone give me info on it?  Please reply directly to me and not TT.
