I have been hit with five e mails with infected attachments from
fbf@netutah.net. I used my mail application to open the headers fully,
found the IP number of the computer which had been sending the e mails to
me, went to http://www.arin.net/whois/index.html
which gave me the address of the ISP of the sender to whom I wrote and
received the following communication

>Thank you for your e-mail. We will let our customer know that they appear to
>be sending out a virus. Please note that this may be done without their
>knowledge -- many viruses spread without any outward indication of infection
>on a person's computer.
>
>Thank You,

Warning. This is not a substitute for an antivirus application such as
Norton or McAffey. What I did will, I hope, alert the just one sender
of a virus that he has problems.

As the man said, "every litter bit helps" and to TT purists, spare the
flames, please
