Am shopping for a new pistol to put on my pack permit (can add one more ..
should do it BEFORE !! aaahhh ... ) so, Taurus Titanium is one under
consideration, (made in Brazil.. viva RIO!) vs Glock model 22 40MM .. boy,
that titanium is lighter .. and, seems, that metal is becoming the fad of
the new century .. The situation is, as hams, that Aluminum .. is made, from
Bauxite . the most available metal source on earth. n'est-ce-pas? Translate
.. cheeeeep .. and, for the most part, worky worky for aerials. Heck, at my
age, a new al.u.min.i.mum aerial of quality will outlast me, even here on
the corrosive coast...
Just pondering, and would like to know the electrical properties of
Titantium .. but, then, whatta hey .. have made many aerials of electric
fence wire .. they work too .. 73, y'all .. Mark .. 6DX
