AES sells these for RG-8/RG-213 styles for about $30.  Cable Experts
(www.cablexperts.com) also sells them.

I bought one and man, is it a life saver!  Does a really nice job.  When we
were putting up my new tower, the guys helping me wondered how I did the
nice job stripping the cable.  Then I showed them.  They all said they were
going to go buy one!
