Hi Chuck
I'd have to disagree with that, if what you are saying is that a
dipole at 60 feet will outperform a quarter wave vertical on 80
meters. I have 3 phased verticals on 40 here and they have
outperformed any dipole or quad loop I've ever used on that
band. 73
