    I wouldn't worry about cuts or tears or even minor deformation. Minor 
damage on HF is only detectable with a TDR or some other instrumentation. 

    A real "kink" is where there is a crimp and the outer conductor is 
fatally deformed. 

    Otherwise go nuts.
