[Towertalk] Deviation

Dear friends,

I am trying to figure out the exact deviation between the real south and =
the magnetic south for my city (Belo Horizonte - Brazil).

Belo Horizonte is located at:
latitude: -19,92=BA; Longitude is -43,94=BA

Another question.. Does anyone know a program (available on the net) =
which calculates this deviation?
