[Towertalk] Phillystran question

Forgive my ignorance, but where to the guys go when using a Hazer?

Are they disconnected at the ground points and nested against the tower to
facilitate the hazer passing over them?

How does the Hazer avoid abrading or contacting the Phillystran on it's way
up or down?

How does it avoid the guy attachment hardware on the tower?
