Why not go with a Gem Quad? 
They are a well proven product. The elements are all spaced
at the right distance. And they are quite strong.
Plus they are Canadian:

I know I beat out a friend of mine on 15 meters one day, he has the 
two element Gem Quad, but I had a 5 element monobander.
Other wise he and I are quite equal when I had my TH-6
